These 6 prime FULL HOOK-UP RV spaces will sell in an online auction on December 13, 2023, on Showpig.com.

Each individual RV space will sell separately. RV lots will be for the duration of the Oklahoma Bred Swine Expo; you may move in February 1, and must be off the property by February 5, unless otherwise arranged. Please see grounds map for location of RV spots — just steps from the Bronco Barn.

Additional nightly fee of $50 will be due to the Tulsa State Fair upon arrival.

VIP Trailer SpotS

Seven premium outside trailer spots will be available just outside of the show arena, outside the doors of the Bronco Barn. The trailer spot will be good for the entire gilt and barrow show!

Premium Penning

Single, Sets of 5, and Sets of 10 Horse Stalls

These climate controlled 10x10 horse stalls with a middle divider are located in the Super Duty Arena, adjacent to the Ranger Arena/Bronco Barn. Climate controlled, and no penning rules — pen with anyone you want: 1 per stall, 2 per stall, only tack — it’s your choice! There are 224 total stalls available, that will be split into single offerings, sets of 5 and sets of 10.

NOTE: There is an outside walkway between this penning and the show arena. Wash racks are located in a covered breezeway outside of the penning barn, and inside the Bronco Barn.

COBA will send a form within 24 hours of stall purchase, for you to provide details for who is penning in your stalls and how many head. If you purchase stalls in the Super Duty Arena, you will not be provided stalls in the Bronco Barn. Please see stalling page map for barn and penning locations.

Exclusive Title SponsorSHIP

The title sponsor will be listed on all event info following the online auction, advertised as such during the show, and will have premium booth space for the duration of the Oklahoma Bred Swine Expo. There will be 2x3 banners touting your sponsorship outside of the ring, and around the grounds.

SHOW RING BRANDING

OWN THE SHOW RING — this sponsorship will allow for (10) 2x3 banners with your company logo(s) to be strategically placed inside the show ring. Visually, your logo will be seen in ring photos, and on the live feed, plus, you’ll be announced all week as the sponsor of our show ring! You must provide vectored logos, or work with COBA marketing, for banner artwork.

COBA BREEDERS’ LOUNGE

Exclusive sponsorship of the COBA Breeders’ Lounge – an upper balcony area where COBA Breeders can mingle and watch the show, while partaking in adult beverages from a cash bar. A complete hot spot during the 2022 show, your sponsorship will help show appreciation to the breeders that make this show possible. Access to the breeders lounge will be available with the purchase of this sponsorship.

EXHIBITOR TEES BRANDING

Each exhibitor must purchase an OBSE t-shirt to be worn inside the show ring. This is your opportunity to have your brand on every kid that walks through the ring, as well as around the barns for years to come! We see these shirts everywhere — it’s a great opportunity to advertise your business! Your sponsorship of these shirts helps underwrite and bring down the cost of the shirts for the exhibitors.

COBA Gloves BRANDING

Every OBSE class-winning breeder will be awarded a pair of COBA gloves. In 2023, there were over 60 class winners! Purchasing this sponsorship allows you to have your name or logo on these gloves.

PHOTOS – BACKDROP BRANDING

Have your logo or name on EVERY backdrop photo — placed inside a step-and-repeat backdrop, highly visible ringside during the show. COBA has purchased every backdrop photo that will be taken at the show, and they will be provided to the exhibitors and breeders for free! When they post them to social media, it might as well be your name getting the advertising! Accompanying banners will be visible ring side and on social media, touting the sponsorship and free photos. In 2023, more than 6,500 photos were published for the show, with more than 2,500 uploads to social media, and countless metrics on sponsorship impressions. It was … a lot.
